We at Custom Coins LLC do our best to provide top quality products, and the best customer service in the industry. We will do whatever possible to help you create the best coin or lapel pin. We are a small simple company with high regard for others.

We offer top quality products just like similar larger companies. We also do our best to be competitive. We do not charge you any art fees with a firm order.

Payment Policy

Payment is required in full before order can ship. Acceptable forms of payment include personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.


We will provide you, the customer with an art proof according to the specs provided by you. We can do up to 2 revisions at no charge. Any more revisions will be $50 an hour, minimum 30 minutes per request. An art quote will be sent to you for approval before any changes will be made. Payment is required to continue with changes for your design.
Artwork with up to 2 revisions is free with a firm order. If artwork is requested from us you have 60 days to place a firm order. If an order is not placed within 60 days there is a $200 art charge. If an order is cancelled after production has started, there is a $200 art fee plus any die charges that have occurred.

We require a firm approval of your artwork before we will proceed with your order. All orders are custom so we want to make sure we know exactly what you want. We do our best to make the proof look as much like the finished product as possible.

Copyright Policy

If you want to use a logo that contains a copyright or a registered trademark, it is your responsibility to obtain permission to use the logo. You are also responsible for any licensing fees or royalties that must be paid.

Order Policy

Once payment is received and artwork is approved your order will be processed. If an order is cancelled after it is in production you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. You will also be required to pay die fees, art fees or any other fees that may have acquired.

Preproduction Sample Policy

We do not typically provide a preproduction sample coin. However, if you request a sample we will provide a scanned image via email, or mail a hard sample to you. A nonrefundable deposit of $300.00 or more is required to cover the cost of the dies. If changes are made to the design after the sample is produced you are responsible for the additional die fees.

Remake/return Policy

Products will be remade at no cost to you only if we have made a mistake. If the product is made exactly to the approved artwork it will not be remade. We require firm approvals on all artwork, (and in most cases two approvals). It is your responsibility to make sure the artwork is what you want before you send your approval.

Because all of our products are custom we only accept returns on items that are incorrect per our mistake. We do not accept returns on items that you could not sell. In order to make a return you must first contact us for a return authorization.


All products will be shipped to you UPS, unless UPS service is not available in your area. If UPS is not available we will ship your products Priority Mail, through the United States Post Office.
